I am an expert in identifying and building on personal strengths in order to enhance your healing process and growth. As such, I use my skills to treat a wide range of disorders including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, issues related to self-esteem, body image issues,Trauma, and PTSD. I work with my clients, including adults, young adults and couples, to create a safe space to share, heal, grow, and thrive.

Theraputic Approach
I provide therapy and coaching using insight oriented and evidence-based modalities such as positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and stress reduction strategies to help improve your coping skills and build self-esteem. For couples, I incorporate attachment-based techniques to help foster deeper connections and resolve conflicts.
